Reynaldo Morejon
Co-founder & Chief Technology Officer
Rey Morejon is responsible for supporting the technology initiatives for the mission-critical educational products and services as well as maintaining a secure and well oiled information technology infrastructure for HigherL and its global constituents.
As a co-founder of HigherL, LLC, Rey brings with him over 10 years of experience in the field of information technology planning, implementation and support and 8 years in the field of technology enabled learning.
Saurabh Agrawal
Enterprise Software Architect
Saurabh Agrawal leads the development operations of HigherL LLC. He has over 10 years of experience in providing educational technology leadership and direction. He has also managed a variety of Information Technology projects including inventory management, accounting, billing, payroll, patient information and diagnostic applications, real estate sales management system and much more.
He is responsible for designing the core architecture of our signature product the "HigherL LMS" and oversees the development of various assets that are necessary for any custom application or a general purpose LMS.
Aviva Rose-Avila
Instructional Design & Technology Lead
Aviva Rose-Avila leads HigherL LLC instructional design for technology enabled learning. She recently became a full time employee of higherL after several years of exceptional performance as a consultant with the company.
Rose-Avila has seven years of experience with technology enabled learning intertwined with the study of behavioral psychology. She is able to develop creative outlines that transform raw content into engaging online learning environments and are characterized by expertly written content and innovative instructional design. read more
Nick Keefe
Director of Sales
Nick leads our field-based sales efforts nationwide. He joins us having held leadership and management positions at Thomson, Pearson and his own companies for over two decades. He has sold and helped design and launch dozens of successful technology-enriched education initiatives, including Peter Norton's Introduction to Computers, adopted in hundreds of community colleges; The Student Edition of Lotus 1-2-3; an ambitious multiple media (textbook, 52 videos, 4 custom software programs, extensive instructor support materials) high school economics program that won the Texas adoption and became a best-seller; a substantial content license for technology training at State Farm; a custom training program for the 20,000 sales associates of Williams of Sonoma and Pottery Barn and much more. Liza Vasconcellos
Quality Assurance Specialist
Liza Vasconcellos is a Quality Assurance Specialist at HigherL, LLC. She evaluates staging/production software releases for conformance to specifications. She is also responsible for quality assurance auditing and ensuring that the work meets or exceeds company standards by evaluating all integrated system components, ensuring they function to specifications. In addition to quality assurance, Liza also operates as a service point-of-contact for technical support, where she helps to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve daily tickets. Liza was an e-learning Consultant for 5 years at Florida International University and worked with Professors & faculty to develop and produce online courses for Internet deployment. She has over 6 years of helpdesk support, quality assurance, and course developing experience.
